1. Product with good condition
In case of the product with good condition, we could not do a refund for you. However, you can exchange the product for something else with equal or higher price.  We would issue the cash coupon that you can use to exchange the product. This cash coupon is valid for 7 days after you receive it. Please keep your receipt and bring it to the store within 14 days after you make a purchase to make an exchange request. If you do not make an exchange request within 14 days, we could not do an exchange for you.  

2. Product with defect
You can make a refund request if you find a defect in our products. Please keep your receipt and bring it to the store within 14 days after you make a purchase to make a refund request. If you do not make a refund request within 14 days, we could not do a refund for you.
